Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications outages) may result in platform unavailability for which j8abc accepts no liability.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract. PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes remain available to all j8abc players regardless of anything in these Terms.
